Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary

An Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for seeking out the highest value clients to Theorem and developing them into a strategic key account. Your goal is to target clients that would benefit from our services, develop and execute a plan to penetrate those accounts, and grow them to a strategic key account.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans based on client needs
  • Consult with C-level executives: Develop and implement an effective strategies that maximizes the value delivered by Theorem's services
  • Consultative selling: Provide leadership to clients on effective strategies to tackle their challenges
  • Build client relationships: Offering value added, insightful and strategic input to their business
  • Navigate corporate organizations: Access decision makers and influencers
  • Work with Marketing: To define and oversee execution of outreach strategies
  • Represent Theorem with integrity: Maintain industry credibility, prospect for new business, and establish and strengthen relationships through presenting to various audiences and attendance
  • Forecast revenues timely and accurately; Increase revenue and retention rates for specified key accounts
  • Work side-by-side with Services Delivery team to provide detailed project plans and estimates as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of technology consulting sales experience with focus on IT
  • Consistently outperform sales quotas in previous jobs, achievement driven and highly competitive
  • C-Level & VP level relationships at key customer contacts (high end mid- market & enterprise)
  • Experience using a consultative sales approach
  • Innovative thinking and business oriented
  • Able to qualify, execute and close business opportunity under minimum guidance & high pressure
  • Team player, self motivated and able to take ownership on the assigned task(s)
